Pamela has 30 years of management and training experience in the service and retail industries, 10 years in multi-unit management and training. During the course of 30 plus years, she has been a trainer, program developer, business management consultant working through out the United States. She has designed, developed, and implemented programs for new hires, customer service, skills certification, management skills, coaching, team building, motivation and technical programs.
