• I want to thank you for leading and facilitating such a great event here at J.W Terrill. The ideas shared, the strategies explored and the solutions discussed, all came from a diverse roundtable, with seats filled by a wide variety of industry professionals. All came to the meeting with an eagerness to learn and also contribute their own knowledge gained from personal experience, whether through failure or success. Your enthusiasm ignited the energy, your bridging ability made the important connections and your guidance set the direction and course to better financial and business success for everyone in the room. Thanks for your time and your instruction!
I look forward to working with you again.
Thanks, Jim Curran

• I would like to thank you for the presentation and discussion this morning at JW Terrill. It was good to meet you and hear from the cross-section of business people that were in attendance.
I always keep an open mind to learning and discussing issues with my peers. As far as I am concerned it was 2.5 hours of time well spent.
Thanks again,

April 23rd, 2009: ACEC Oklohoma Engineeering (http://www.acecok.org/) Topic: The topic - Coaching and Mentoring during challenging times.
The one thing that your competitors can’t duplicate in this high tech world is our people. We also have to remember that during these challenging times we must retain and develop our best talent and take market share.
Our clients are also looking very closely at every dollar they spend to maximize the value received. Having committed and focused employees minimizes the risk of stressed out talent that try to minimize their costs at the expense of client perceived value. Think about the last time you were in a restaurant and you wondered if the prices were up while what you received was less. In these times do you look for maximum value for each dollar? Motivated, secure employees can provide 110% productivity with minimal or no increase cost. We will explore how that could be attained.
Participants will discuss goals, challenges and best practices for their team. They will leave with tools that can build a Culture of Performance with an ROI!
This will be an interactive workshop and follow up conversations will be welcome.
